Registration & Payment

By registering for any class, event, camp, or program at The Nest PEI, you agree to these terms. Payment is required at the time of registration. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans auto-renew each month until cancelled. To cancel, please provide 14 days notice before your next billing date. You can manage your subscription anytime from your account. We do not ffeor refunds for partially used months.

Refunds & Credits

We’re a small, close space, so a little common sense goes a long way:We do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel a single class booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will carry your credit forward. Event and camp registrations cancelled 7 or more days before the date will receive a credit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but tickets may be transferred to another family. Gift cards never expire and can be used toward any Nest product or service.

Photo & Media Consent

By checking the photo consent box at registration, you grant The Nest PEI permission to use photos and videos of your child for social media and website purposes. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting office@thenestpei.com.

Health & Safety

Please do not bring a sick child to class. If your child or a household member is unwell, please stay home. We ask that all families follow current public health guidelines.

Conduct

The Nest PEI is a welcoming, inclusive space for all families. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not treat our staff, instructors, or other families with respect.
